Happy Sunday dear insta world! Sun shows up here, spring is around the corner, and this morning we were in a mood to make a new smoothie recipe.
Such a great combination of banana and avocado, with a touch of lemon juice 👌🏻
Recipe:
2 bananas
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp yoghurt
squeeze half of lemon and blend it. Top it with apple, walnuts, goji berries and chia seeds.

Hello dear people! Long long time without any food posts here, yes, we know that 🙈 but lack of inspiration, busy days, travelling around, all that made us a bit out of kitchen.
However, today we have a nice idea for a quick Sunday lunch 😋🥗

All you need is pasta, tofu, pumpkin, green pepper and seasons for a warm meal. While cooking the pasta, in the pan roast some tofu with pepper and pumpkin cubes in olive oil with seasons, and afterwards, mix it with pasta. To add some freshness to your meal, prepare a nice green salad with olive oil and balsamic. And your lunch is ready 👌🏻

Friyaaay! How are you spending your Friday dear people? After a pretty busy week, maybe it would be nice to take a break a make some delicious and quick meal. Need an idea? Here it is 🤗
On menu today is tofu/mushroom burger and roasted chickpeas with vegetables (onion, red pepper, mushrooms, red cabbage). It is super tasty.

You need only half an hour for this meal. Night before you can leave chickpeas in the water soak up, that you cook them shorter, or if you are not fun of cooking them you can always find in a market can of chickpeas. It is up to you to choose. Then, roast the vegetables with a little bit of olive oil and seasons for a few minutes, add chickpeas, leave for a few minutes more on the fire. Tofu burger is ready after 2min on fire, 1min from each side. Make a fresh salad to accompany the meal and that's it. A perfect combination of proteins and carbohydrates in one meal. Bon appetite!
