Salmon Salad

Hello dear friends!

Are you lazy today to cook? High temperatures makes you just relaxing, eating fresh food and drink cold drinks, that means you are not in a mood for cooking? Well, we will help you today. No cooking, only raw food!

When you are asking someone – Why you don’t eat salad for a lunch? Often getting an answer – Uugh, I will be hungry in one hour after eating it.

Most of the people just think, if I eat meat or any heavy meal, I will not starving after an hour. But that’s completely wrong, as we know that many veggies are rich in nutrients, vitamins, minerals, calories, which can help us to survive a working day. And plus you can eat more if you feel hungry, but that vegetable will have much more benefits then one piece of meat, or another processed food.

Anyway, today we decided to prepare a simply and delicious meal with salmon and avocado. Everybody knows, that this is the best combination of flavours, especially now during summer, getting all good nutrients in one meal.


All what you need are vegetables and smoked salmon.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 big cucumber
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • mayonnaise – you can add 1 clove garlic, lemon juice, parsley and a bit of sour cream and make an amazing sauce for you salad

Cut all ingredients, add everything you like and your meal is ready!
