Stuffed Paprika

Hello food lovers!

Today is Friday, end of working week, everybody is making some plans for the weekend. In this occasion we will leave you such a great and easy recipe for both vegans and meat based people.

Today on menu is Stuffed Paprika!

🌱 vegan recipe 🌱
For 3-5 peppers:
1 cup rise
2 handful of almonds and peanuts
1 onion
2 carrots
1 potato
1/2 zucchini
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 handful raisins
Salt, pepper, kurkuma, tandori.

M E T H O D
All ingredients cut and chop into small peaces and cook for a about 15 min. Then fill peppers, put in a pot for baking, add the water between peppers, should be the half of peppers height in the water. You can also add 1 tsp of salt into water. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Later mix in the cup: 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp sweet paprika powder and add water and pour into the pot with peppers. Leave 5 minutes on the fire, to boil and that’s it. Lunch or dinner is ready.

🍖 meat based recipe 🍖
For 3-5 peppers:2 onions
2 onions
250 g chopped beef meat
1/2 cup rice
Salt, pepper, oregano, oil.

M E T H O D
Cut onions into small pieces, and together with oil fry them a bit, then add chopped meat, salt and pepper to your taste. Cook until almost the meat is ready and add rise. Rise in this case is not necessary to cook, as it will be cooked in the oven, in the sauce of meat. Then fill peppers, put in a pot for baking, add the water between peppers, should be the half of peppers height in the water. You can also add 1 tsp of salt into water. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Later mix in the cup: 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp sweet paprika powder and add water and pour into the pot with peppers. Leave 5 minutes on the fire, to boil and that’s it. Lunch or dinner is ready.
