Good morning world and happy Monday!
Today, we started the our first ever organized challenge. We are organizing two challenges, the first 20 days you will try to live as a vegan and vegetarian, and second 20 days you will start including meat, fish, seafood, and make one balanced diet.
During these first 20 days, we will include both vegan and vegetarian meals. It will be something like cleaning your body, especially for the people who take every day a lot of meat based products or refined products. Now, you will try to clean your organism with fresh raw food, we will not cook to much during this period.
Then, the next 20 days, people who cannot live without meat, will start including it.
These two challenges will help you to find what is the best food for you and what gives you the energy and how you feel after the meal!
We are hardly recommending doing sport during this period, because you will see how much energy and power you will have. Whatever you do is good, walking, running, some light exercises, yoga, pilates, find something where you feel comfortable.
So, we can start! For a breakfast today is smoothie with avocado seed!
Avocado seed has such a great health benefit if you did not know. You can grind the seed or blend it in smoothies like we do. It has anti-tumor and antioxidant properties. The seed may contain more than 70% of antioxidants found in the entire fruit. So, be free to eat it!! 🙌
- 2 bananas
- 1 avocado
- 1 apple
- 2 kiwis
- 5 strawberries
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 avocado seed.
